Role Description We are looking for a Junior Breast Biopsy & Surgery Sales Specialist to join our Korea commercial team. In this field-based role, you will support the growth of Hologic’s Breast Biopsy and Breast Surgery portfolio by engaging healthcare providers, developing customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities across the whole of Korea. - Promote Breast Biopsy and Breast Surgery solutions with clear product and clinical value propositions to support sales growth and achievement of territory targets. - Identify sales opportunities, support pipeline development and follow up with customers. - Build relationships with radiologists, surgeons, clinical staff and hospital stakeholders. - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Support product adoption through hospital visits, on-site engagement and follow-up activities. - Partner with Senior Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Service and Clinical Applications teams to improve the customer experience. - Work with distributors and partners to execute local sales activities. - Develop knowledge of breast cancer care pathways, procedures, market trends and competitor activity. - Provide regular activity, pipeline and sales reports. - Support basic territory planning and market development initiatives. - Maintain compliance, professionalism and Hologic’s Golden Rules of teamwork, communication and integrity. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field. - 0–5 years of experience; medical device, healthcare or B2B sales experience is preferred. - Entry-level candidates with relevant internships or healthcare exposure are encouraged to apply. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, accountable and eager to learn. - Interest in medical technology, hospital environments and improving patient care. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. - Willingness to travel within Korea and work in hospital environments. - Basic to intermediate English communication skills preferred. - Exposure to medical devices, breast imaging or surgical procedures would be advantageous.
