Change Management Coordinator

Role Description As our Talent, Learning, and Capabilities Change Management Consultant, you will play a key role in driving organizational success and transformation. You will be responsible for leading and implementing organizational change initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and the successful adoption of new practices, processes, and systems. - Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and design tailored change management strategies. - Ensure successful adoption and sustained improvement while fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation. - Oversee and manage the Change Management portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. - Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives within the portfolio, identifying risks and potential obstacles. - Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. - Develop and maintain a portfolio dashboard, providing senior leadership with real-time updates on the status of change initiatives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall portfolio health. - Develop and maintain change management tools, plans, and practices to support the change process. - Create and deliver training programs and workshops that support change initiatives and equip stakeholders with skills for adopting new systems or processes. - Organize and manage change management resources, including documentation, tools, and templates, ensuring easy access and version control for teams and stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in change management, project coordination, or a similar role. Requirements - 4-6 years of experience in change management, project coordination, or a similar role.
