People Operations Partner, Workday HCM

Emerus Holdings, Inc.

• Manage, configure, test, and maintain Workday HCM business processes, objects, condition rules, notifications, EIBs, Workday security roles, and system configurations at an advanced level • Troubleshoot complex Workday issues • Lead functional testing for Workday bi-annual releases, identifying system impacts and recommending enhancements • Maintain system documentation, process maps, configuration logs, and training materials • Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports (including calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, dashboards, discovery boards) • Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and system integrity • Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Talent, and Compliance teams to support Workday-enabled processes • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Workday functionality • Deliver on cross-functional HR technology projects according to established timelines and metrics

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands on Workday experience troubleshooting, configuration, and reporting within the core HCM Absence, Benefits, Security, Payroll, Reporting, and BP Configuration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years of hands on Workday HCM configuration experience (required)
  • Expertise in at least three Workday functional areas (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Reporting, Compensation, Security, Talent, Payroll)
  • Demonstrated experience using EIBs, calculated fields, advanced reporting, and HR data analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong understanding of HR operational workflows, compliance, and data governance
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal.

Role Description The Manager, People Services Operations is responsible for leading the delivery and continuous improvement of core People Services operations.
