The Recruiting Manager is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and plays a critical role in helping to shape the workforce at Marriott International. The Recruiting team owns the end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience and hiring manager relationships. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional candidate experience across the business with a core focus on property management roles. FLEX is a temporary full-time position with an initial assignment of one year and the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. This is a remote position to support hotels in Hawaii. Candidates are required to live in Hawaii.
