Talent Acquisition Specialist
Concierge Home Care
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech Therapists (STs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and other healthcare professionals • Source candidates using Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach • Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates for both experience and cultural fit • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, clinical leaders, schools, and healthcare providers throughout your territory • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate follow-up • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Attend hiring events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and community events within your assigned territory • Manage multiple open positions while meeting recruiting metrics and hiring deadlines
Job Requirements
- Some college required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience required
- Experience building provider or professional healthcare relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple openings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience using Indeed, ADP Workforce Now, or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
- Ability to travel throughout an assigned Florida territory for hiring events, networking, and business needs
- Must maintain a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet
- Must reside in Florida
