• Under the direction of the Director of Finance, will handle corporate accounting, including general ledger reconciliations, account reconciliations, and billing and payable processing. • Accounting activities will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP. • Preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and other necessary reporting documents. • Hands-on direction of the month-end close process and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. • Assistance with outside accounting firm for the preparation and filing of all tax returns. • Collaboration with CFO in the formal development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. • Active participation in support of annual audits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 3+ years of experience in financial management roles with relevant experience.
- SaaS experience required.
- ERP experience (NetSuite highly preferred).
- Understands revenue recognition for a SaaS organization.
- Thoroughly versed in GAAP particularly with technology related requirements, and have strong background in non-routine and complex transactions.
