• Support the Legal and Compliance Team in a wide range of legal and regulatory tasks • Conduct in-depth research to interpret various laws, rules, and regulations • Assist internal teams and stakeholders in understanding specific legal provisions to effectively address business issues • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while managing the entire lifecycle of corporate agreements and maintaining up-to-date legal documentation • Collaborate efficiently with external advisors, regulatory authorities, and local councils • Assist with regulatory compliance by compiling necessary document packages for new license applications and helping to maintain existing licenses • Draft internal policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline legal workflows and improve operational efficiency • Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence (DD) checks on potential business partners to mitigate corporate risk • Participate actively in regulatory audits • Provide flexible administrative and legal support on different tasks and ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA degree in Law
- At least 3 years of experience working within a software development company, with a strong preference for the iGaming industry
- Hands-on expertise in licensing and/or audit processes and contract negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal command of English
- Knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and support multiple individuals within a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to notice details and patterns that might have an impact on the company's liabilities

This role is responsible for building a pipeline of business and clientele for employment services, performing as a job coach to new clients, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
