• Conduct competitive research to assess competitors and guide the paid media strategy. • Perform keyword research and forecast campaign results. • Develop bid strategies based on audience segmentation. • Create and develop campaigns and responsive ads for various digital platforms. • Prepare and execute digital media plans. • Create Insertion Orders (P.I.s) in the iClips system according to the media plan. • Create audiences and custom targeting for campaigns on Facebook and Google. • Install and manage tags on websites and landing pages using Google Tag Manager. • Launch and monitor ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. • Monitor and optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and overall campaign performance. • Analyze results and produce performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in paid media and digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of paid media platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with budget management and CPA control.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimization.

Role Description As the Inbound Marketing Manager, you’ll be the first dedicated owner of our organic channels (website performance, SEO, and AI-powered discoverability (AEO)) with the goal of establishing strategy, running experiments, and converting traffic into qualified pipeline. You'll work horizontally across web, analytics, content, and paid, working closely with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing to optimize our organic footprint and design digital journeys that turn passive traffic into high-value inbound leads.
