SAP QM Functional Consultant, German Speaker

• Preparing and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze Quality Management requirements. • Translating business requirements into SAP QM configuration and functional solutions. • Performing detailed analysis of quality processes and proposing effective SAP solutions. • Configuring and testing SAP QM functionalities according to business needs. • Supporting integration activities between SAP QM and other SAP modules, including PP, MM, EWM, PM, and SD. • Maintaining and updating project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, configuration documents, and testing documentation. • Creating Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and supporting technical teams during development activities. • Supporting master data preparation, migration activities, and quality-related data validation. • Participating in end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support. • Collaborating with global and local teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of SAP QM consulting experience and ideally one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) configuration and support.
- Good understanding of quality management processes, including:
- Quality Planning
- Inspection Planning
- Incoming Inspection
- In-Process Inspection
- Final Inspection
- Quality Notifications
- Non-Conformance Management
- Quality Certificates
- Audit Management
- Vendor Quality Management
- Experience integrating SAP QM with PP, MM, EWM, PM, and SD.
- Experience supporting testing activities, defect resolution, and business process validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- Professional English communication skills.
