• Support the Sales and Business Development teams with tenders, client presentations, proposals and other sales-related activities • Research and identify new business opportunities, target customers and relevant market potential • Assist with proactive outreach to potential clients via phone, email and digital channels • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and go-to-market strategies • Support lead-generation activities and analyze and track corresponding campaigns • Prepare regular sales, market and marketing analyses to derive concrete recommendations for action • Work on diverse projects across Sales, Marketing and Business Development • Support the further development of a consistent brand presence in line with the corporate design • Actively shape Avvale’s external presence in Germany through sales- and marketing-related content

• Overall functional and organizational responsibility for SAP SD projects • Lead and manage SAP SD projects (implementations, rollouts, optimizations, S/4HANA transformations) • Responsible for project planning, budget, resources, timelines and quality • Primary point of contact for clients (project management, IT, business departments) • Analyze, design and optimize sales and billing processes in SAP SD • Provide functional consulting and SAP SD customizing (e.g., order-to-cash, pricing, invoicing, delivery processes) • Conduct workshops, requirements analyses and decision-making sessions • Coordinate developers and external service providers • Responsible for risk management, reporting and escalation management • Support testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare

• Responsible for ongoing support of cloud-based products and solutions. • Assist in resolving customer issues throughout the entire incident/problem lifecycle. • Plan and execute improvements and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality, value-added solutions.

• Collect, process and organize data from different sources • Create and maintain management reports and dashboards • Build SQL queries for data analysis • Explore data to identify patterns, trends and insights • Support internal teams with ad-hoc analyses • Document processes and ensure the quality of data sources • Collaborate with the team to evolve models and metrics

• Lead QA operations, organize bug workflows, and support the execution of agent-driven tests with clients and partners. • Manage the bug lifecycle, from reporting to validation of fixes. • Classify failures, prioritize defects, and support decisions with data. • Consolidate clear evidence (screenshots, logs, scenarios, steps). • Support the definition and evolution of the test plan. • Guide partners on QA best practices and deliverables. • Oversee tests with clients and internal squads. • Ensure the functional quality of systems that include AI components.

• You will work on exciting projects related to the digitalization and implementation of SAP solutions in the finance area – from analysis through to implementation. • You will support our clients in optimizing financial and controlling processes and collaboratively develop suitable solution concepts based on SAP. • You will actively contribute in project phases, analyze requirements, prepare deliverables, and continuously learn new functional and technical aspects. • You will create project documentation and training materials, helping to ensure our solutions are sustainably embedded in the client organization. • You will work closely with our clients’ business departments—particularly finance—and with our international project teams. • As part of our Enterprise Operations team you will benefit from the knowledge of experienced colleagues and will develop professionally and personally step by step.

• Work on the implementation and support of processes in the SAP SD module, ensuring adherence to Brazilian business processes. • Lead requirements gathering with business areas and translate needs into functional SAP solutions. • Design and implement the architecture of integrated solutions within the SAP environment. • Knowledge of integration with SAP and non‑SAP messaging systems. • Support functional testing, user acceptance (UAT), and production deployment of solutions. • Collaborate with technical teams for development and necessary system adjustments.
