Job Description

Support Service Lead – AMS SAP HCM

EPI-USE Brasil

• Coordinate the SAP HCM functional support team. • Ensure SLAs are met and service quality is maintained. • Manage incidents, problems and changes in the SAP environment. • Serve as the focal point between EIUSE and clients (IT and Human Resources). • Support and monitor payroll processing. • Prioritize and track critical tickets. • Validate transports and changes in the SAP environment (STMS). • Prepare KPIs and management reports. • Ensure functional and technical documentation is up to date. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in incident management and SAP support.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM, including PA/OM, PY (Payroll) and PT (Time Management).
  • Knowledge of SAP customizations (SPRO).
  • Experience with eSocial and Brazilian labor legislation.
  • Experience with Service Desk tools (Multidados, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SAP environment monitoring.
  • Team leadership and people management.
  • Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure (especially during payroll periods).
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented.
  • Organized with strong priority management skills.
  • Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certification.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience in implementation or migration projects to S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of integrations (IDocs, APIs, PI/PO or CPI).
  • Basic ABAP knowledge (reading/debugging).
  • Technical English (reading and writing).
