Support Service Lead – AMS SAP HCM
EPI-USE Brasil
• Coordinate the SAP HCM functional support team. • Ensure SLAs are met and service quality is maintained. • Manage incidents, problems and changes in the SAP environment. • Serve as the focal point between EIUSE and clients (IT and Human Resources). • Support and monitor payroll processing. • Prioritize and track critical tickets. • Validate transports and changes in the SAP environment (STMS). • Prepare KPIs and management reports. • Ensure functional and technical documentation is up to date. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Job Requirements
- Experience in incident management and SAP support.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM, including PA/OM, PY (Payroll) and PT (Time Management).
- Knowledge of SAP customizations (SPRO).
- Experience with eSocial and Brazilian labor legislation.
- Experience with Service Desk tools (Multidados, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAP environment monitoring.
- Team leadership and people management.
- Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure (especially during payroll periods).
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented.
- Organized with strong priority management skills.
- Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience in implementation or migration projects to S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of integrations (IDocs, APIs, PI/PO or CPI).
- Basic ABAP knowledge (reading/debugging).
- Technical English (reading and writing).
