• Coordinate the SAP HCM functional support team. • Ensure SLAs are met and service quality is maintained. • Manage incidents, problems and changes in the SAP environment. • Serve as the focal point between EIUSE and clients (IT and Human Resources). • Support and monitor payroll processing. • Prioritize and track critical tickets. • Validate transports and changes in the SAP environment (STMS). • Prepare KPIs and management reports. • Ensure functional and technical documentation is up to date. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Atuar como especialista funcional dos módulos SAP FM e SAP PS durante todas as fases do rollout. • Conduzir workshops de levantamento e validação de requisitos junto às áreas de negócio. • Realizar análises de aderência (Fit-Gap) entre os processos locais e o modelo global. • Executar parametrizações, especificações funcionais e suporte aos desenvolvimentos necessários. • Apoiar atividades de testes integrados, UAT, cutover e go-live. • Garantir a integração dos módulos FM e PS com demais módulos SAP. • Elaborar documentação funcional e materiais de transferência de conhecimento. • Apoiar a gestão do projeto na identificação e mitigação de riscos relacionados às frentes funcionais.

• Atuar na implementação e sustentação do SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Conduzir workshops de levantamento e validação de requisitos junto às áreas de negócio • Realizar configurações da solução de acordo com as necessidades do cliente • Elaborar documentos funcionais, especificações e materiais de apoio • Apoiar a definição de processos de RH aderentes às melhores práticas do SuccessFactors • Executar e apoiar testes unitários, integrados e de aceite do usuário (UAT) • Identificar e propor soluções para gaps de negócio • Atuar em conjunto com equipes técnicas, de integração e demais frentes do projeto • Apoiar atividades de migração de dados, cutover e go-live

• Planejar, desenvolver e implementar integrações robustas usando o SAP CPI dentro da plataforma SAP BTP • Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais em projetos de transformação digital, integrando novos sistemas e atualizando fluxos de trabalho existentes • Adotar as melhores práticas para arquitetura de integrações e segurança de dados

• End-to-end Logistical Management: Lead the planning, production and execution of major in-person events and business immersions throughout the year. • Direct vendor management for promotional items, booth builders, hotels, venue management and attendee experience. • Responsible for rigorously managing event and vendor investments, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness. • This includes submitting Business Plans and documenting proofs of execution (Proof of Performance) accurately on partner portals. • Strict Financial Compliance: Review invoices, require correct supplier cost breakdowns, and prevent any non-conformities to secure 100% of expected reimbursements and ensure compliance with our administrative/financial team. • Alignment with Sales and RevOps: Work in synergy with our Inbound team and SDRs. • Ensure control of participant lists, RSVPs, and a seamless handoff of contacts captured at events by D+1, enabling the prospecting team to apply qualification methods (such as BANT, 3Cs and 8Cs) with precision. • Vendor and Deadline Management: Conduct quotes, negotiations and contracting of operational services, working methodically (via Trello and spreadsheets) to ensure deadlines do not become bottlenecks.
