• Develop visual assets for digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, landing pages) • Create and evolve institutional and commercial materials (one-pagers, presentations, proposals, case studies) • Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all channels • Adapt global content for the local market (Brazil) • Support visual communication at events (SAP NOW, webinars, activations) • Collaborate with marketing and sales to translate complex messages into clear, conversion-oriented visual communication • Organize and maintain templates and a library of visual assets • Support basic video editing and multimedia content

• ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant to work on digital transformation projects, implementing and evolving ITSM processes in large enterprise environments • Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration and support of ServiceNow ITSM / SPM • Work with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Service Catalog and SLAs • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions on the platform • Participation in agile ceremonies, client workshops and solution design

• Provide maintenance (support) and evolution of the SAP environment • Ensure clients' legal compliance and operational stability • Serve as a technical reference for critical topics related to labor legislation, payroll, statutory charges and government integrations

• Implement and configure SAP Work Zone integrated with SAP SuccessFactors • Design and implement employee digital experiences (portals, pages, cards, integrations) • Configure integrations with SuccessFactors modules (EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, Learning, etc.) • Collaborate with functional and technical teams (BTP, IAS/IPS, Integration Center, CPI) • Support the definition of architecture, security and access (roles, groups, permissions) • Participate in workshops, requirements gathering and solution design • Participate in testing phases, go-live and post-go-live support • Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation

• Parametrizar, manter e evoluir o módulo SAP HCM – Folha de Pagamento (PY) em nossos clientes. • Criar e ajustar esquemas, regras (PCRs), tabelas e eventos. • Conduzir análises de impacto, testes integrados e homologações. • Atuar no tratamento e correção de inconsistências de eSocial (periódicos e não periódicos). • Realizar suporte aos fechamentos de folha: mensal, férias, 13º, rescisões e encargos. • Desenvolver e validar especificações funcionais para melhorias e integrações. • Apoiar integrações com FI/CO, Time Management, SuccessFactors/EC e demais módulos relacionados. • Participar de projetos de melhorias no Suporte AMS. • Documentar processos e oferecer suporte às áreas de RH e TI dos clientes.

• Work remotely on SAP SD activities

• Act as a process consultant on ServiceNow projects. • Elicit, analyze, and optimize business processes using ITIL best practices. • Configure and support implementations of the ITSM and CMDB modules. • Lead workshops with stakeholders and translate needs into functional requirements. • Support data governance and CMDB structuring. • Collaborate with technical teams and ServiceNow architects. • Participate in meetings and presentations in English with international clients.
