• Coordinate the SAP HCM functional support team. • Ensure SLAs are met and service quality is maintained. • Manage incidents, problems and changes in the SAP environment. • Serve as the focal point between EIUSE and clients (IT and Human Resources). • Support and monitor payroll processing. • Prioritize and track critical tickets. • Validate transports and changes in the SAP environment (STMS). • Prepare KPIs and management reports. • Ensure functional and technical documentation is up to date. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Work on a SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project, focusing on the SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) module • Perform configuration and parameterization of the module according to project requirements • Participate in gathering and validating functional requirements with business areas • Support the development and enhancement of solutions related to Real Estate processes • Execute functional, integration, and acceptance tests (SIT/UAT), ensuring the quality of deliverables • Analyze and resolve incidents during project phases • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure integration and alignment of the SAP solution

• Support during Go-Live and the Hypercare period. • Validation and remediation of security profiles and roles (Security Roles). • Execution of regression tests. • Execution of Unit Tests, System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT). • Definition of the test catalog. • Design and configuration of required deltas. • Execution of SPAU/SPDD activities. • Custom code remediation (Custom Code Remediation). • Project management (Project Management).
