Job Description

Pricing Strategy Analyst

Medtronic

Role Description This analyst will support CV pricing initiatives including day to day analysis, operational efficiencies, and OU-specific pricing projects. - Collaborate on creation of a price increase plan for an OU spanning their full scope of active contracts for a subset of products - Creation of business insights dashboards and reporting packages - Translate business requirements into insightful analytics - Draft recommendations to pricing leaders based on insightful analytics - Support pricing strategists in clarifying and performing ad hoc pricing analysis assignments - Work with various teams to help create meaningful tools, dashboards and reports and coordinate with the US Pricing and Contracting teams for delivery of the report - Identify, organize, coordinate, evaluate and measure impact of price improvement initiatives - Support the continuous creation, elaboration and delivery of pricing guidelines - Carry out pricing analysis to help position new products or/and adjust the pricing guidelines of our existing products - Identify, build and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency within pricing team tasks and projects - Collaborate in various pricing processes and projects across OU and the region Qualifications - Proven experience in Front-end and Back-end data analysis (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Advanced Excel etc.) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience with Agile working environment is advantageous - Product Owner Role Experience is advantageous - Project management experience is advantageous - Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or a similar tool advantageous Benefits - Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package - A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
