• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of Grupo Boticário’s loyalty programs, supporting strategic decisions with data‑driven insights; • Track the performance of the loyalty programs across the store network, understanding channel context and identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; • Support the structuring of action plans to advance the programs, contributing to goal setting and results measurement; • Build concise, effective reports and executive materials, presenting data and analyses in a structured way; • Monitor the management’s OKRs, ensuring metrics are integrated with business objectives and ongoing initiatives; • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to optimize processes and results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or similar);
- Knowledge of programming and database manipulation using SQL for queries and analyses; experience with BigQuery (GCP);
- Previous experience with data visualization/BI tools, primarily Looker Studio;
- Strong data manipulation skills and root‑cause analysis expertise;
- Logical reasoning and strong analytical capability;
- Advantage: experience with retail performance, loyalty programs, CRM performance, or Customer Analytics projects.

Role Description The Senior International Pricing Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for pricing complex international air and ocean freight bids. The role partners directly with US sales leadership on bid strategy and with Operations Managers to keep P&L goals in balance – supporting aggressive growth without compromising business sustainability. It leads major RFQs, indexed-rate bids, and project cargo opportunities, and brings a creative, solutions-oriented approach to how SCS wins and delivers freight. The selected candidate can operate from our offices in Grand Rapids, MI, Chicago, IL, or Mt. Ephraim, NJ. Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead pricing on major RFQs, indexed-rate bids, and project cargo opportunities, including scenario models and competitive comparisons. - Partner with US sales leadership on bid strategy and solutions-style strategic selling; participate in customer-facing pricing discussions when appropriate. - Partner with Operations Managers to ensure P&L goals are met – balancing commercial competitiveness with sustainable margin and executability. - Design creative freight solutions, including consolidation planning and multi-modal structures that differentiate SCS from rate-only competitors. - Review incoming requests for operational, geographic, and commercial completeness; confirm intent with stakeholders before pricing. - Translate carrier, capacity, and rate market trends into recommendations leadership can act on. - Maintain follow-up discipline on quotes, including pursuit of targets and feedback from sales and agents. - Contribute to rate libraries, dashboards, automations, and pricing templates as the function rebuilds its tooling. • Develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models. • Help to develop National Account strategies based on internal and external analysis of market conditions. • Assisting anyone on the National Sales team (NSD, NAM’s etc.) with market analysis and pricing.
