Enterprise Systems Engineers serve as trusted technical advisors to strategic accounts, partnering with a sales team to deliver tailored solutions across electrical, mechanical, thermal, and digital domains. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, engineering background preferred. - 8+ years of experience in technical sales, systems engineering, or data center infrastructure design. - In-depth knowledge of data center physical infrastructure including power distribution, precision cooling, IT rack layouts, and management software. - Background in solutions design with an in-depth knowledge of IT Products. - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, locally and regionally. - Proven track record in complex solution sales, particularly in networking, systems integration, and hardware/software systems. - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' business challenges and articulate value propositions. - Excellence in relationship building and strategic account management. - Deep understanding of integrated technology solutions and market trends. - Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels. • Lead the technical strategy development for modernization of system architectures for Navy platforms, ship classes, and fleet-level initiatives. • Evaluate alignment of technical solutions with Navy modernization roadmaps, including fleet recapitalization strategies and planned capability insertions. • Serve as a subject-matter expert on Navy system-of-systems integration and interoperability across platforms and warfare areas. • Support engineering trade studies, requirements development, technical baselines, and risk assessments. • Interface with Navy program offices, warfare centers, PAEs, systems commands, and operational users to validate requirements and ensure architectural compliance. • Provide authoritative input on emerging technologies, digital engineering approaches, and system modernization pathways.

Role Description As an Air Systems / Pneumatics Engineer we will ask you to: - Prepare / define systems specifications and requirements; - Ensure requirements validation and management; - Assure integration and interface management of assigned systems and coordinate with internal groups & suppliers; - Review and approve design documents such as vendor drawings, qualification and acceptance test procedures, qualification reports and certification documents; - Support development, qualification and certification of the systems; - Support system test and flight test activities; - Prepare technical reports to show compliance to the applicable certification requirements. In your role, you may be required to work on different air systems such as: - Environmental Control Systems (ECS) - Cabin Pressure Control System (CPCS) - Ice Protection and Ice Detection system - Bleed Air System - Fire Detection and Extinguishing system (FIDEEX) - Oxygen System - Window Heating Systems - High Pressure and Low Pressure ducting Qualifications - You possess a University degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent; - You possess good knowledge of Air Systems / Pneumatic Systems including their integration on the aircraft and certification; - You have good knowledge of the Aircraft and Pneumatics interfacing systems; - You have knowledge of TCCA, FAA and EASA certification regulations; - You have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
