- Lead the marketing strategy and day-to-day execution across enterprise and SaaS offerings. - Identify, orchestrate, test and apply AI tools and methodologies to improve marketing productivity, campaign execution, content development and customer insight generation. - Develop clear product and solution positioning, messaging and value propositions for target customer segments. - Design and execute account-based marketing programmes for enterprise accounts in close partnership with sales. - Own inbound and demand generation initiatives that create qualified pipeline and support efficient customer acquisition. - Translate go-to-market priorities into campaigns, content and programmes that support both new business growth and expansion within existing accounts. - Work closely with sales and key account management to improve alignment across lead generation, conversion, retention, cross-sell and upsell activity. - Manage and develop a small marketing team, supporting capability building while maintaining high execution standards. - Bring structure, focus and prioritisation to marketing activity in a fast-moving, evolving organisation. - Use data, market insight and customer feedback to refine messaging, campaigns and channel performance. - Help the business strengthen its marketing approach as the company grows from a smaller operation into a more mature organisation.
