Role Description As an Air Systems / Pneumatics Engineer we will ask you to: - Prepare / define systems specifications and requirements; - Ensure requirements validation and management; - Assure integration and interface management of assigned systems and coordinate with internal groups & suppliers; - Review and approve design documents such as vendor drawings, qualification and acceptance test procedures, qualification reports and certification documents; - Support development, qualification and certification of the systems; - Support system test and flight test activities; - Prepare technical reports to show compliance to the applicable certification requirements. In your role, you may be required to work on different air systems such as: - Environmental Control Systems (ECS) - Cabin Pressure Control System (CPCS) - Ice Protection and Ice Detection system - Bleed Air System - Fire Detection and Extinguishing system (FIDEEX) - Oxygen System - Window Heating Systems - High Pressure and Low Pressure ducting Qualifications - You possess a University degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent; - You possess good knowledge of Air Systems / Pneumatic Systems including their integration on the aircraft and certification; - You have good knowledge of the Aircraft and Pneumatics interfacing systems; - You have knowledge of TCCA, FAA and EASA certification regulations; - You have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken). • Deploy, configure, and manage physical and virtual systems including servers, endpoints, and cloud resources across Microsoft Azure and AWS. • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and related identity and collaboration services. • Maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows with minimal disruption to operations. • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN environments; configure firewalls, routers, switches, and access points. • Enforce security best practices across systems and networks; apply the principle of least privilege and monitor for anomalies. • Contribute to compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate system records and supporting audit activities. • Serve as Tier 2 escalation point — diagnose and resolve complex incidents, own issues through to resolution, and communicate status clearly. • Onboard users to new systems and tools; develop training materials and SOPs that enable self-service and reduce repeat incidents. • Partner with project managers, subject matter experts, and senior leadership to scope and deliver technology initiatives on time. • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party providers to maintain service quality and SLA compliance. • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical system availability: respond to after hours alerts and incidents in accordance with defined SLA and escalation procedures.

• Support and maintain the systems that power revenue organization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Focus on day-to-day system execution—troubleshooting issues, improving workflows, and ensuring GTM tech stack operates effectively • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements • Partner with senior systems leadership to implement scalable solutions • Manage and resolve inbound system requests (Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM tools) • Troubleshoot workflow issues, data inconsistencies, and system errors • Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams • Partner with the Senior Director of Business Systems to translate requirements into system improvements • Support CRM configuration updates (fields, workflows, automations, validation rules) • Monitor data quality and maintain clean, reliable system data • Assist with integrations and automation across the GTM tech stack • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements • Support documentation of system processes, workflows, and best practices

What you'll be responsible for: Circle is looking for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join the growing Finance Systems team that will play a critical role in the design and architecture of scalable finance systems to support Circle's expanding footprint in a maturing company environment. You will work directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to enable the design and rollout for Finance transformation, finance automation and streamlining of core finance processes, international expansion in current and future finance systems. What you'll work on: - Partnering with accounting and other finance teams to enable new features within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP for Accounting Hub, Cash Management, Payables, Subledger Accounting and other finance systems. - Automating Finance processes using AI enabled solutions. - Driving cross-functional stakeholders alignment for solution design. - Documenting and managing testing and related approvals for changes to systems. - Supporting finance teams in providing responses and data from systems for internal and SOX audits. What you'll bring to Circle: - 4+ years of relevant work experience, working on Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial applications and other finance systems. - Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules like Accounting Hub, Payables, Cash management, Receivables, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Subledger Accounting, FDI reporting, - Experience in other applications like Zip Procurement to Pay, Navan Travel and Expense strongly preferred - Experience in creating innovative solutions using AI tools to help teams automate the processes within and out of ERP applications. - Familiarity with treasury systems like Kyriba and SEC reporting applications like Workiwa will be considered a strong plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
