Role Description Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Enterprise System Engineer within our Secure Power NAM Strategic Account Organization. Enterprise Systems Engineers serve as trusted technical advisors to strategic accounts, partnering with a sales team to deliver tailored solutions across electrical, mechanical, thermal, and digital domains. This role bridges technical expertise with customer engagement to drive innovation and operational excellence. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, engineering background preferred. - 8+ years of experience in technical sales, systems engineering, or data center infrastructure design. - In-depth knowledge of data center physical infrastructure including power distribution, precision cooling, IT rack layouts, and management software. - Background in solutions design with an in-depth knowledge of IT Products. - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, locally and regionally. - Proven track record in complex solution sales, particularly in networking, systems integration, and hardware/software systems. - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' business challenges and articulate value propositions. - Excellence in relationship building and strategic account management. - Deep understanding of integrated technology solutions and market trends. - Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels. • Lead the technical strategy development for modernization of system architectures for Navy platforms, ship classes, and fleet-level initiatives. • Evaluate alignment of technical solutions with Navy modernization roadmaps, including fleet recapitalization strategies and planned capability insertions. • Serve as a subject-matter expert on Navy system-of-systems integration and interoperability across platforms and warfare areas. • Support engineering trade studies, requirements development, technical baselines, and risk assessments. • Interface with Navy program offices, warfare centers, PAEs, systems commands, and operational users to validate requirements and ensure architectural compliance. • Provide authoritative input on emerging technologies, digital engineering approaches, and system modernization pathways.

Role Description As an Air Systems / Pneumatics Engineer we will ask you to: - Prepare / define systems specifications and requirements; - Ensure requirements validation and management; - Assure integration and interface management of assigned systems and coordinate with internal groups & suppliers; - Review and approve design documents such as vendor drawings, qualification and acceptance test procedures, qualification reports and certification documents; - Support development, qualification and certification of the systems; - Support system test and flight test activities; - Prepare technical reports to show compliance to the applicable certification requirements. In your role, you may be required to work on different air systems such as: - Environmental Control Systems (ECS) - Cabin Pressure Control System (CPCS) - Ice Protection and Ice Detection system - Bleed Air System - Fire Detection and Extinguishing system (FIDEEX) - Oxygen System - Window Heating Systems - High Pressure and Low Pressure ducting Qualifications - You possess a University degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent; - You possess good knowledge of Air Systems / Pneumatic Systems including their integration on the aircraft and certification; - You have good knowledge of the Aircraft and Pneumatics interfacing systems; - You have knowledge of TCCA, FAA and EASA certification regulations; - You have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken). • Deploy, configure, and manage physical and virtual systems including servers, endpoints, and cloud resources across Microsoft Azure and AWS. • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and related identity and collaboration services. • Maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows with minimal disruption to operations. • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN environments; configure firewalls, routers, switches, and access points. • Enforce security best practices across systems and networks; apply the principle of least privilege and monitor for anomalies. • Contribute to compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate system records and supporting audit activities. • Serve as Tier 2 escalation point — diagnose and resolve complex incidents, own issues through to resolution, and communicate status clearly. • Onboard users to new systems and tools; develop training materials and SOPs that enable self-service and reduce repeat incidents. • Partner with project managers, subject matter experts, and senior leadership to scope and deliver technology initiatives on time. • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party providers to maintain service quality and SLA compliance. • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical system availability: respond to after hours alerts and incidents in accordance with defined SLA and escalation procedures.
