Role Description We are seeking an AI-Enabled Growth & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support business development, outreach, lead generation, content marketing, and AI-driven operational initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who is passionate about emerging technologies and capable of leveraging AI tools to increase productivity, streamline workflows, and support business growth. The successful candidate will work directly with leadership on a variety of projects ranging from B2B lead generation and outreach to digital marketing and AI-enabled business initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Prospect Research - Conduct targeted market research and prospect identification. - Build and maintain lead generation databases. - Research decision-makers across target industries. - Generate qualified lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools. - Perform customer and market research using AI-assisted workflows. - Identify opportunities within Canada, the Middle East, and other target markets. - LinkedIn & Business Development Outreach - Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns. - Build and manage prospecting pipelines. - Draft personalized outreach messages using AI tools. - Monitor outreach performance and optimize campaigns. - Follow up with prospects and maintain communication records. - Support appointment setting and business development activities. - AI-Enabled Content Creation - Utilize AI tools to create: - Outreach messages - Marketing content - Social media content - Email campaigns - Research summaries - Sales materials - Collaborate with leadership to develop AI-generated content strategies. - Continuously identify new AI tools that can improve efficiency and performance. - Social Media & Digital Marketing Support - Create and schedule content across: - LinkedIn - Facebook - Instagram - TikTok - Support social media growth initiatives. - Assist with content repurposing and distribution. - Monitor engagement and provide recommendations. - Help build awareness and generate leads through social channels. - CRM & Data Management - Maintain organized lead databases. - Update prospect records and outreach activity. - Create reports and dashboards when required. - Organize documentation and knowledge repositories. - AI & Automation Support - Explore and test emerging AI technologies. - Support AI-enabled workflows and automation initiatives. - Learn and adopt new tools introduced by leadership. - Assist with AI-assisted research, workflow optimization, and documentation. - Recommend opportunities to automate repetitive tasks. - Administrative Support - Calendar coordination when required. - Meeting preparation and note-taking. - Project coordination and follow-up. - Documentation and process creation. Qualifications - Minimum 2+ years experience in lead generation, outreach, virtual assistance, business development, or digital marketing. - Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Experience conducting market and prospect research. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Strong organizational and project management abilities. - Self-starter with minimal supervision requirements. - Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly. - Experience working remotely with international teams.
