The ideal candidate combines creative intuition and agency-level thinking with prompt engineering mastery and a deep understanding of the Western consumer mindset. Key Responsibilities - Efficiently generate, iterate, and deliver a high daily volume of polished assets. - Prioritize and specialize in generating high-quality short-form AI videos, motion graphics, and dynamic statics that capture attention. - Utilize advanced AI platforms (e.g., Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar tools) to execute creative visions rapidly. - Ensure all generated visuals perfectly align with Western aesthetics, cultural nuances, and consumer psychology. - Bring a high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to interpret creative briefs, understanding the strategic intent behind every asset. Qualifications - Ideally someone who was a designer or some sort of creative manager before; agency experience definitely helps. - Extensive experience using generative AI tools, with a proven portfolio showcasing strong video generation capabilities. - A flawless, intuitive grasp of Western culture, internet trends, and visual preferences. - The ability to collaborate seamlessly, interpret feedback constructively, and translate abstract concepts into precise AI prompts. - Exceptional speed and time management to comfortably exceed standard daily asset outputs in a fully remote environment. Benefits - 100% remote work flexibility. - A forward-thinking environment that bridges traditional creative strategy with cutting-edge AI technology. - Opportunity to lead high-volume visual experimentation for global-facing brands. - Competitive salary, growth opportunities, and a collaborative work culture.
