Job Description
Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist
HireHawk
Role Description This role is all about generating employment or consumer class action case leads in California by identifying and engaging potential class representatives (plaintiffs) tied to large employers with repeated labor code violations. You’ll blend lead generation, investigative research, outreach, and intake coordination to uncover strong opportunities and move them toward signed representation. Social media is a tool in the toolkit, but the work is closer to a hybrid of recruiter, investigator, and intake specialist than a traditional marketer. If you like problem-solving, digging for signals others miss, and being measured on real outcomes (not vanity metrics), you’ll thrive here. - Build and own a repeatable pipeline that consistently produces qualified California employment and consumer law class action plaintiff leads - Experience with lead generation. - Experienced or knowledgeable about implementing CRM systems and call platforms, as well as creating spreadsheets and online databases. - Identify target employers and potential class member communities using creative sourcing, online research, and investigative methods - Conduct high-volume, professional outreach via phone, email, direct messages, and other channels to engage potential plaintiffs - Pre-qualify leads by asking the right questions, capturing critical details, and coordinating intake steps with the legal team - Track all outreach, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems and spreadsheets with tight organization and clean notes - Develop and test new outreach strategies weekly (scripts, channels, lists, targeting angles) to improve lead quality and conversion - Use social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram) strategically to identify leads and open conversations, not to “manage” a brand account - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and care - Report on activity and results with a focus on what converts: qualified intakes, signed clients, and lessons learned Qualifications - Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence speaking with new people - Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups, and phone calls as a core part of your day - Proven ability to research independently and connect dots using online sources and databases - Experience in at least one: lead generation, prospecting, recruiting/sourcing, intake coordination, investigative work, or outreach-heavy roles - Experience using CRMs, call tools, spreadsheets, and online research workflows - Self-directed work style: you can plan your day, prioritize leads, and operate with minimal supervision - Professional judgment with confidential and sensitive information Requirements - Prior experience in legal intake, class action outreach, plaintiff-side employment law/consumer law, or private investigations - Familiarity with California employment or consumer law or class action litigation concepts - Experience sourcing employee contact information and/or using investigative databases - Light performance marketing or outreach scripting experience (testing angles, improving conversion) Benefits - Access to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ global services. - Option to withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings before payday.

Role Description The Demand Generation Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for nurture strategy and content, email sequencing, CRM management, intent data and targeting intelligence, website conversion tracking, performance reporting, and sales enablement across the Global Marketing Team. You'll work alongside the Content & Campaigns Lead, Brand Lead, PR Manager, and field and ABM marketers — actively contributing to how leads are acquired, nurtured, and converted, while providing the data infrastructure and commercial insight that informs the wider team's decisions. You'll own the mechanics of conversion: the workflows, the sequences, the scoring models, the enablement assets, and the dashboards that connect marketing activity to revenue. You'll report into the Marketing Director and play a direct role in how our marketing investment is understood, evaluated, and improved at a senior level. What you will be doing: - Own the end-to-end email nurture programme: strategy, commercial copy, sequencing, triggers, branching, timing and optimisation for warm, cold and lapsed audiences. - Build and maintain nurture workflows and automation across marketing and sales, keeping clear documentation of active sequences and rules. - Manage the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent): segmentation, lifecycle status, data hygiene and pipeline management. - Design and maintain lead- and account-scoring models aligned to ICP and observable buying signals. - Operate intent and enrichment data sources to build and prioritise TALs/ICPs; surface in-market accounts and escalate opportunities to relevant stakeholders. - Develop and maintain sales enablement assets (ABM playbooks, outreach sequences, one-pagers, decks) and manage an organised enablement library. - Build and own performance dashboards and attribution frameworks (UTM discipline, multi-touch models) that connect campaigns to pipeline and revenue. - Maintain website tracking (tag manager, events, goals), monitor UX and conversion metrics, and recommend CRO tests and improvements. - Provide actionable insight and recommendations from data — not just reports, but clear next steps for optimisation. - Track spend for CRM, intent, analytics and automation platforms and support ROI/budget reporting. - Operate effectively in a remote, async-first team: document clearly, communicate proactively, and manage stakeholder expectations across time zones. - Leverage generative AI to accelerate content, sequencing and analysis while applying critical human oversight. Qualifications - 5+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations or growth roles with ownership of nurture programmes and CRM. - Hands-on experience with a major CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation: segmentation, workflows, scoring and lifecycle management. - Practical experience with intent data platforms, data enrichment and building TALs/ICPs. - Strong analytics capability: GA4, BI/reporting tools (Looker, Power BI, Data Studio), UTM tracking and multi-touch attribution. - Experience with website tracking and CRO (tag management, event setup, conversion testing). - Excellent conversion-focused copywriting for email and enablement materials. - Proven ability to collaborate with sales, ABM and field teams and translate commercial priorities into activation. - Organised, self-directed and effective in remote/async working environments. - Practical experience using generative AI tools to speed content and analysis, with good judgement about when human review is required. Requirements - Good to have - Experience with enterprise ABM programmes, agency or consultancy background, familiarity with Marketo/Eloqua, and basic SQL or data engineering exposure for complex reporting. Benefits - Brandtech+ is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected. - All applicants shall be considered for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, neurodivergence, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by local laws. - Brandtech+ has set ambitious environmental goals around sustainability, with science-based emissions reduction targets. - Collectively, we work towards our mission, embedding sustainability into every department and through every stage of the project lifecycle.
