Senior Technical Accountant
Webflow
• Own technical accounting areas such as internally developed software, stock based compensation, equity modifications, intangibles and leases, and ensure their compliance with US GAAP • Own month-end close for technical accounting areas, including the preparation of supporting calculations, booking journal entries, performing flux analyses, and reconciling accounts, including driving process improvements to help accelerate the close cycle • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including preparation and tie-out of income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, statement of stockholders’ equity, footnotes, supporting documentation, and the disclosure checklist. • Research, interpret, and document accounting positions for complex transactions and new accounting standards, and partner with internal management and auditors for sign-off. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and cross functional business partners, to perform comprehensive walkthroughs, ensure complete and accurate financials, and timely and compliant reporting. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies and support their implementation. • Support in the development and testing of internal controls.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of public accounting experience (big four preferred), with a thorough understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting
- Active CPA license and fluency in US GAAP

• Supervise and develop staff accountants by setting deadlines, clearing roadblocks, and providing detailed review feedback • Review financial statements prepared by associates in QuickBooks Online and other accounting platforms • Create, review, and deliver high-quality, timely financial statements, including dashboards, KPIs, and forecasts, to clients while building and maintaining strong client relationships • Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with clients regularly via Zoom, phone, and email, and when needed, resolve concerns • Provide additional services to clients, including conducting weekly or monthly oversight calls and providing ad hoc reporting and analysis • Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our processes • At year-end, provide a seamless and clean hand-off of client books to our tax team for tax return preparation

Senior Fund Accountant Work Location: Singapore Work Mode: Hybrid Timings: 9AM to 6PM (SGT) The Fund Accountant / Senior Fund Accountant works closely with and reports to Manager of Fund Solutions, and is responsible for management and financial accounting and reporting of assigned client portfolios. The Fund Accountant / Senior Fund Accountant will work cooperatively with the rest of the team in an effective manner to motivate and coach the team, to continuously meet clients’ expectations, to optimize the work processes and to maintain close contacts with key clients. Deliverables + Key activities Key responsibilities include but are not limited to Client Management - Provide quality fund administration services for our clients, manage and maintain good and stable client relationships. - Actively interact with clients and counter-parties including legal counsels, auditors and tax advisors to meet key deadlines. - Assisting the Manager in the operational onboarding of new clients including coordinating client acceptance/onboarding process, agreement on services delivery which is laid down in an SLA. - Driving the execution of smooth onboarding of new clients by being responsible for providing complete client acceptance files “first time right” to the Compliance team.
