• Own the operational coordination of marketing campaigns, tradeshows and events, product launches, webinars, content initiatives, and cross-functional programs. • Build, configure, test, and deploy email communications in HubSpot, including newsletters, nurture sequences, product announcements, and event communications. • Help improve operational workflows and team organization across the marketing function. • Serve as an operational liaison across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Design, and external partners. • Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative support for the marketing organization. • Organize and maintain centralized project documentation, campaign assets, timelines, and operational resources across tools such as Asana, Hubspot, Airtable, and Google Drive. • Help drive projects from intake through completion by proactively tracking deliverables, identifying risks or bottlenecks. • Contribute to building scalable operational foundations for the Legal & Insurance marketing organization.

• Provide expert program and technical support to parents, schools and vendors in a cloud-based Contact Center. • Support families', schools, and vendors in all areas of the WV Hope Scholarship. • Provide exemplary customer support through phone and email response. • Train to review and process a variety of documents related to the Scholarship, such as student applications, student curriculum orders, and more.

• Provide day-to-day leadership of the program team to drive performance, accountability, and mission success • Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for the government, ensuring consistent, transparent, and proactive communication • Exercise executive oversight for contractual, strategic, and operational decision-making, aligned with customer goals • Monitor and report on QA, program milestones, schedules, etc. • Manage the implementation and administration of information systems and equipment in accordance with organizational policies and goals • Administers internal procedures and guidelines to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks • Oversees the analysis of business needs and selects IT hardware and software products to support internal business processes • Develops detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization’s IT systems and assists with the planning of the organization’s IT roadmap • Allocates resources and oversees departmental budget to support and manage IT projects through the entire lifecycle • Manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility • Resolve issues arising from operations that require coordination with other departments

• Oversee the execution of maintenance and engineering contracts, ensuring alignment with contract specifications, timelines, and budget requirements. • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. • Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Act as the primary liaison with government officials, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and negotiation throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure all activities adhere to federal, state, and local regulations governing construction and maintenance operations. Uphold safety and quality assurance protocols. • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and delivering projects on time and within allocated resources. • Provide technical guidance in civil engineering operations and leverage engineering and project management software tools to optimize performance. • Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation to relevant stakeholders. • Maintain eligibility and comply with requirements for access to sensitive and restricted areas.
