• Providing advanced analytics, ML model design, technical leadership. • Collecting, analyzing and interpreting large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and provide key business insights. • Performs data mining, cleaning, and aggregation processes to prepare data, implement data models, conduct analysis, and develop databases. • Develops insights and reports from multiple structured and unstructured data sources using programming, statistical, and analytical techniques and tools. • Maintains continuous collaboration with teams to understand the underlying purpose, focus, and objective of each data analysis project to ensure alignment and support. • Designs, develops, and implements the most valuable data-driven solutions for the organization. • Works autonomously, but may provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.

• Provide day-to-day leadership of the program team to drive performance, accountability, and mission success • Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for the government, ensuring consistent, transparent, and proactive communication • Exercise executive oversight for contractual, strategic, and operational decision-making, aligned with customer goals • Monitor and report on QA, program milestones, schedules, etc. • Manage the implementation and administration of information systems and equipment in accordance with organizational policies and goals • Administers internal procedures and guidelines to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks • Oversees the analysis of business needs and selects IT hardware and software products to support internal business processes • Develops detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization’s IT systems and assists with the planning of the organization’s IT roadmap • Allocates resources and oversees departmental budget to support and manage IT projects through the entire lifecycle • Manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility • Resolve issues arising from operations that require coordination with other departments
