• Own the operational coordination of marketing campaigns, tradeshows and events, product launches, webinars, content initiatives, and cross-functional programs. • Build, configure, test, and deploy email communications in HubSpot, including newsletters, nurture sequences, product announcements, and event communications. • Help improve operational workflows and team organization across the marketing function. • Serve as an operational liaison across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Design, and external partners. • Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative support for the marketing organization. • Organize and maintain centralized project documentation, campaign assets, timelines, and operational resources across tools such as Asana, Hubspot, Airtable, and Google Drive. • Help drive projects from intake through completion by proactively tracking deliverables, identifying risks or bottlenecks. • Contribute to building scalable operational foundations for the Legal & Insurance marketing organization.
Job Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, marketing operations, campaign operations, event management, or related operational roles.
- Strong understanding of how B2B marketing campaigns, events, and cross-functional initiatives are planned and executed.
- Experience managing timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying email communications in HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform), including list segmentation, scheduling, and testing.
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
- Experience working within project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Airtable, and Google Drive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams professionally and clearly.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to proactively solve problems and keep projects moving.
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS, healthcare, legal tech, insurance, or enterprise marketing teams is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
