• Oversee the execution of maintenance and engineering contracts, ensuring alignment with contract specifications, timelines, and budget requirements. • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. • Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Act as the primary liaison with government officials, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and negotiation throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure all activities adhere to federal, state, and local regulations governing construction and maintenance operations. • Assist BD Director in the development and execution of partnerships • Ensure timely execution of each partner opportunity through close collaboration with internal and external parties on specification development • Work with PureCars' Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to manage and grow key existing partnerships • Maintain communication with Partners and other project stakeholders • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively • Assist in developing negotiating strategies and positions • Create and maintain comprehensive partner program documentation • Manage relationships with existing Partners to ensure a consistent, high level of functionality, service, and performance • Assist Sales and Marketing teams with program specifics and customer service • Update Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing departments on PureCars' partnerships • Keep up-to-date on technology trends • Assist with monthly billing of partnerships • Ensure monthly reporting deliverables are met for partnerships.

• Ensure all project budgets, personnel, and activities meet Department of State (DoS) standards and are in accordance with the Global Advisory IDIQ and task order performance work statements requirements. • Provide the DoS any requested program or contract information and communicate regularly with the DoS Program Office to discuss any anticipated challenges or concerns. • Conduct assessments and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including U.S. government agencies and offices, regional and multilateral officials, other international donors, local leaders, academics and non-governmental organizations to identify critical needs of the programs. • Collect, track and maintain all information for programs awarded to the contractor. • Develop frameworks and assessment tools to enhance the overall monitoring and evaluation of projects, travel periodically to international locations to conduct assessments, monitor and review programs, and meet with U.S. Embassy representatives and other international partners to ensure that projects are meeting their objectives and that project personnel are performing up to DoS standards. • Provide updates leveraging best practices and initiatives to strengthening security sector assistance. • Additional duties and responsibilities may apply once contract is awarded.
