Network Analyst – N2.2

• Support and maintenance of logical networks and network equipment (routers, switches, OLTs, servers, etc.); • Analysis and resolution of issues in IP networks and Layer 2 networks; • Configuration and management of network devices; • Network traffic analysis and diagnostics using tools such as ping and traceroute; • Collaboration with the team to implement network security policies and firewalls; • Monitoring of networks and services such as DNS and RADIUS, and other related tools; • Implementation and optimization of dynamic routing protocols and BGP; • Management of internal and external network traffic.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Minimum of 1 year and 6 months of experience in roles related to logical networks;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Currently enrolled in a Network Technician program or pursuing a specialization in the field;
  • Solid knowledge of routers, switches, OLTs, servers and network equipment;
  • Strong knowledge of IP networks and Layer 2 networks;
  • Solid understanding of MAC tables and routing tables;
  • Proficiency in analyzing ping and traceroute;
  • Intermediate knowledge of dynamic routing protocols and BGP;
  • Experience with network security policies and firewalls;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Zabbix and Grafana;
  • Intermediate knowledge in internal and external traffic engineering;
  • Basic knowledge of MPLS networks;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Linux operating systems;
  • Intermediate knowledge of DNS servers, speed test tools, Looking Glass, RADIUS, and other related tools.
