• Support and maintenance of logical networks and network equipment (routers, switches, OLTs, servers, etc.); • Analysis and resolution of issues in IP networks and Layer 2 networks; • Configuration and management of network devices; • Network traffic analysis and diagnostics using tools such as ping and traceroute; • Collaboration with the team to implement network security policies and firewalls; • Monitoring of networks and services such as DNS and RADIUS, and other related tools; • Implementation and optimization of dynamic routing protocols and BGP; • Management of internal and external network traffic.

• Audit network routing and architecture (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), verifying hierarchy and integration of edge and core devices. • Evaluate the IPv4/IPv6 addressing plan, identifying prefix overlaps or underutilized blocks. • Collect and analyze performance metrics (latency, jitter, packet loss) to content servers such as Google, Netflix, and Cloudflare. • Review and audit logical security filters, anti-spoofing measures, and DDoS mitigation policies. • Assess the operational maturity of NOC tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana), verifying the reliability and quality of data collection. • Compare Q&A responses with the actual network configuration, identifying gaps and inconsistencies. • Audit access control lists (ACLs) and firewall policies, ensuring that only authorized traffic is allowed. • Evaluate network plant equipment for obsolescence, compatibility, scalability, and technical quality. • Validate legacy technologies (radio, coaxial, licensed radio) and propose migration to fiber optic when necessary. • Draft **technical audit reports**, classifying risks as Low, Medium, or Critical.

• Perform technical analyses of FTTH/FTTx networks, evaluating backbone, access, cabling, CTOs (optical termination boxes), CEOs (optical splice closures), routes and other passive network elements; • Evaluate designs, inventories, technical documentation and as-built records, identifying inconsistencies, operational risks and opportunities for improvement; • Analyze network engineering criteria, including splitting architecture, asset occupancy, capacity saturation and design risks; • Audit the quality and reliability of georeferenced network documentation (GIS, KMZ/KML and inventory systems); • Work with tools and systems used by ISPs, validating consistency between documentation, records and existing infrastructure; • Evaluate signal indicators and CPE telemetry, correlating performance data with potential causes in the passive network; • Consolidate operational and technical data, turning information into KPIs, executive reports and strategic recommendations; • Classify risks and opportunities considering operational, financial impact and business continuity; • Support the preparation of audit and due diligence reports to support decision-making in provider acquisition processes.

• Design, implement, and evolve national multi-service backbone architectures using MPLS, BGP, IGP, L2VPN/L3VPN, EVPN, and Segment Routing; • Define technical standards, routing policies, peering strategies, and technology evolution roadmaps for customer networks; • Serve as the last escalation level for critical incidents, leading advanced troubleshooting and structural production changes; • Conduct capacity, resilience, and performance analyses in carrier-grade environments; • Mentor N1, N2, and N3 teams, promoting technical development and dissemination of best practices; • Represent IPV7 in technical meetings, strategic projects, complex pre-sales, and interactions with large enterprise clients; • Contribute to the continuous evolution of architectures, processes, and operational standards within the sector.

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and control telecommunications projects, including scope, schedule, resources, and risks, using agile and traditional methodologies. • Technical Post-Sales Support: Provide specialized technical post-sales support to customers, handling problem resolution, equipment configuration, and service optimization. • Business Analysis: Elicit client requirements, assess the technical and economic feasibility of projects, and prepare commercial proposals. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, using BPM tools to model, automate, and monitor workflows. • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data from networks and telecom services, using BI tools to generate insights and dashboards. • Crisis Management: Act in critical situations, leading teams and making strategic decisions to minimize impact and ensure service continuity.

• Develop, design, and maintain data lakes and data pipelines. • Design and implement dashboards and interactive visualizations in Power BI, Python (Dash, Plotly, Streamlit), or other BI tools. • Perform data analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. • Automate processes and routines related to Business Intelligence. • Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources (internal systems, APIs, databases, etc.). • Ensure data quality, governance, and security. • Support internal teams with strategic insights and reports for decision-making.

• Perform advanced investigations of complex alerts, correlating logs from multiple sources such as endpoints, firewalls, network devices, and cloud environments. • Manage the incident response lifecycle, from technical containment to recommending eradication measures. • Execute threat hunting activities, proactively searching for threats that did not trigger automated alerts. • Administer and configure next-generation firewalls (NGFW), including access control lists (ACLs), IPS/IDS policies, content filtering, and SSL inspection. • Manage endpoint protection platforms (EDR/XDR), including alert analysis, creation of exclusion policies, and performing remote scans. • Analyze security logs and events in SIEM tools, creating queries and dashboards to identify attack patterns. • Provide technical support to the Level 1 team, refining playbooks and correlation rules to reduce false positives. • Document incidents, investigations, evidence, and post-incident technical reports (post-mortems).
