• Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies and search strings • Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates across LinkedIn, niche communities, and other channels • Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent maps for current and anticipated future hiring needs • Write compelling, personalised outreach that gets responses from hard-to-reach candidates • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess interest, availability, and basic fit before handing over to the Recruiter • Keep our ATS clean and up to date, tracking sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline health • Continuously test and refine sourcing channels, messaging, and Boolean search techniques to improve efficiency • Stay close to market trends, talent pools, and competitor movements across the regions we hire in
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role (junior candidates with strong sourcing potential are also encouraged to apply)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools, and a genuine curiosity for finding talent in non-obvious places
- Strong written communication skills - you know how to write outreach that gets opened and answered
- Highly organised, with the discipline to manage multiple searches and pipelines at once
- Comfortable working at pace, in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to our hiring markets are a plus
