• Own and evolve our monorepo, ensuring it stays healthy, performant, and easy to work in as the codebase grows • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for React Native and web targets, driving reliability and fast feedback loops for the engineering team • Author and maintain shared TypeScript libraries — state management patterns, networking layers, error handling utilities — consumed across all frontend products • Own the mobile release process end-to-end, including Android build configuration, versioning, and deployment automation • Integrate and maintain observability tooling (Sentry, Amplitude) at the platform level, so product teams get reliable instrumentation out of the box • Identify and resolve build bottlenecks, dependency issues, and tooling gaps that slow down engineering velocity • Collaborate closely with product frontend teams to understand their pain points and translate them into platform improvements
• Work closely with Engineering Leaders to scope roles, understand team needs, and develop effective sourcing strategies • Manage the entire hiring process end-to-end, from initial outreach to final offer • Own engineering hiring across backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science • Qualify candidates credibly before looping in hiring managers, without needing requirements translated • Design and implement a systematic, data-driven recruitment process aligned with both individual role requirements and the company's long-term goals • Build, maintain, and continually expand a strong network of top-tier engineering talent for future hiring needs • Strengthen our employer brand and help position the company as a top employer for engineers • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process • Leverage your experience to identify opportunities for process optimisation and introduce best practices across the hiring lifecycle

• Analyse & Optimise: - Dissect existing workflows or define new ones from first principles; implement data-driven improvements and monitor KPIs to ensure gains are achieved and sustained. • Build the Stack: - Evaluate, implement, and improve the tools and integrations powering the recruiting function - ATS, CRM, scheduling, sourcing - and own the data model and integration layer. • Reporting & Analytics: - Instrument the metrics that matter and build dashboards that give recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership real-time visibility into performance. • Special Programs: - Own the operational design and execution of structured programs, building repeatable infrastructure rather than one-off processes. • AI & Automation: - Actively deploy AI-native tooling across the recruiting workflow; evaluate tools on measurable outcomes, not features.
• Identify and secure high impact collaborations with third parties that enhance customer value and strengthen Trading212’s competitive edge. • Own and resolve complex problems end-to-end, taking full accountability for outcomes and ensuring lasting solutions. • Build and nurture strong relationships, both internally and externally, to continuously improve our products and services. • Design, build, and optimise scalable processes that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and enable high-velocity execution. • Ideate and collaborate with product teams, contributing insights and perspectives that push beyond the status quo. • Gather, organise, and analyse data to drive decisions that have measurable business and customer impact. • Track and analyse competitive positioning and product performance globally, surfacing insights that inform strategy and execution. • Manage critical operational processes and vendor relationships, ensuring excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement
• Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, X, Reddit or other channels • Ensure our martech stack enables best-in-class tracking, attribution, and reporting to support our growth • Continuously improve performance through testing of creatives, copy, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structure • Explore and validate new channels and campaign types • Build clear documentation & reports to showcase your work beyond top of line metrics
