Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Nightingale Education Group
• Partners with function leaders regarding new requisition requests and conducts intake meetings • Develops and reviews job ads for accuracy • Determines sourcing efforts for hard-to-fill positions and collaborates with the Recruiting Specialist • Reviews and screens candidates prior to submitting for further review • Schedules screens and interviews for function leaders as needed • Extends job offers via the applicant tracking system and initiates background checks and drug screens • Works on talent acquisition projects as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience marketing job opportunities to prospective candidates
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system and/or HRIS
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting preferred
