GTM Sourcer – 6-month W2 Contract

• Find and attract the world's best talent to our client • Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies • Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally • Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
• Assist with the creation of a search strategy (including a comprehensive target company list and candidate archetypes) with client-side researchers • Execute rigorous desk research on a search strategy for specific roles and projects • Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally • Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice • Provide excellent client experience, partnering with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and hiring event support

Recruitment Coordinator, 6-month W2 Contract

• Partner closely with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move candidates through the interview process • Own the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that help attract the best talent • Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner • Manage calendars across various time zones • Attend stakeholder and feedback meetings with recruiting partners • Manage room booking for interviewers and on-site interviews • Work with cross-functional partners to develop and improve recruiting processes
