• Assist with sourcing and identifying candidates across job boards and professional networks • Screen resumes and support candidate shortlisting • Coordinate interviews and maintain applicant tracking systems • Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience • Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives • Assist with recruitment reporting and administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship
- Preferred majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Role Description As a Cielo Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
