Genie AI
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction for a team of four marketers, creating an environment where ambitious ideas turn into measurable impact • Develop Genie's overall marketing strategy across brand, product marketing, communications, demand generation and mindshare • Develop and execute strategies that increase awareness, conversation volume and advocacy for Genie AI across legal, procurement, operations and AI audiences • Ensure Genie's content, product launches, customer stories and thought leadership reach millions of the right people through innovative distribution strategies, partnerships, communities, influencers, media and advocacy programmes • Shape how the market thinks about legal AI, contract creation and legal operations by developing narratives, positioning and campaigns that help define the category • Represent Genie AI through social media, podcasts, webinars, conferences, customer conversations, industry events and media opportunities • Develop meaningful relationships with customers, influencers, partners, journalists, legal leaders, procurement professionals and AI communities to increase trust, reach and advocacy • Design and execute creative campaigns, marketing stunts, launches and initiatives that generate attention, conversation and lasting market impact • Translate complex products and technology into compelling stories that customers, prospects and industry leaders understand, remember and share • Build frameworks that help us understand brand awareness, market influence, word-of-mouth growth and share of attention over time • Roll up your sleeves when it matters most.
Job Requirements
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams
- Experience building marketing strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable moving between leadership and hands-on execution
- Experience scaling marketing within high-growth SaaS or AI companies
- Proven track record of growing awareness, influence or category leadership for a company, product, personal brand or community
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel distribution strategies spanning content, social media, communities, influencers, PR, events and thought leadership
- Exceptional storytelling, communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience representing a company, brand or movement publicly through content creation, speaking engagements, media, podcasts, events or community leadership
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools and workflows, with an AI-native mindset towards scaling impact and productivity.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to engage credibly with legal, procurement, operations or B2B audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to build something from scratch and create momentum with limited resources
