• own the integrated campaign portfolio for all Gainwell solutions targeting state Medicaid and public health agencies • translate Product Marketing’s messaging/positioning into modular, multi‑channel campaigns and 'campaign kits' • orchestrate execution with Content, Creative Services, Corporate Communications, and the India‑based Marketing Operations team • measure and optimize for engagement, pipeline, influence, and RFP outcomes • Build and manage the end‑to‑end campaign portfolio across all solutions • set quarterly release plans aligned to Product roadmaps and growth priorities • Convert solution positioning into persona‑centric narratives, offers, CTAs, and journeys • Produce reusable kits for state adaptation • Lead intake/prioritization; brief Content, Creative, and MOps • manage timelines; ensure on‑brand delivery • Co‑plan with ABM Sr. Managers; gather field feedback • maintain a searchable asset library with version control • Launch and optimize multi‑channel programs across web, microsites, webinars, events, digital ads, LinkedIn, and email • Test and iterate creative, offers, and targeting • Supervise junior members of the team • Define KPIs by solution; partner with MOps to implement tracking; instrument dashboards; run A/B tests; report impact • Own the solution‑campaign budget; manage external partners as needed
Job Requirements
- 8–10+ years B2G/B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- healthcare/Medicaid/public sector experience strongly preferred
- Proven record leading integrated, multi‑channel campaigns with and without direct staff
- strong cross‑functional leadership
- Expert in campaign planning, conversion funnels, lead lifecycle, and attribution
- Fluency with Salesforce and a MAP (e.g., HubSpot/Marketing Cloud)
- comfortable in analytics and dashboarding
- Exceptional brief writing, storytelling, and project management; deadline‑reliable and detail‑precise
