Role Description - Optimiser des conditions d’accueil des enfants de 0 à 6 ans en s’appuyant sur les compétences psychomotrices (prévention précoce et repérage, audit, conseil, partage de connaissances, etc.) - Concevoir et piloter des projets transversaux de soutien à la parentalité en s’appuyant sur l’aller-vers les parents fréquentant les structures municipales. - Mesurer l’impact des projets pilotés et participer à l’évaluation des offres de soutien à la parentalité. Activités - Diagnostic et analyse de l’existant : - Soutenir le parcours harmonieux des enfants accueillis de 0 à 6 ans - Contribuer à la réflexion pédagogique, l’aménagement des espaces et à la formation des équipes (crèches, périscolaires) en collaboration avec l’équipe pluridisciplinaire, les directions de la Petite Enfance et de l’Enfance. - Accompagner à la transition structure Petite Enfance / école maternelle : préparation des enfants et des parents, co-construction du passage en PS avec les équipes enseignantes et d’animation. - Conception et déploiement des actions innovantes : - Concevoir et piloter des actions innovantes en s'appuyant sur une veille active des pratiques territoriales et nationales en matière de petite Enfance et de parentalité. - Créer les supports opérationnels (cahier des charges et planification des semaines à thèmes annuelles, actions hors-les-murs…). - Identifier et rechercher les sources de financement mobilisables : assurer le suivi administratif et financier des engagements obtenus. - Évaluation et impact : - Construire les outils d’évaluation avec des indicateurs quantitatifs et qualitatifs adaptés aux objectifs. - Évaluer les actions en impliquant les acteurs concernés. - Valoriser les actions auprès des familles, des Elus, des partenaires et élaborer des supports de communication. Qualifications - Développement psychomoteur du jeune enfant, physiologie et anatomie, pédagogie, droits des enfants, rapport des 1000 jours, pathologie de la déficience psychomotrice et neuromotrice, psychologie du handicap, psychosociologie sur la dynamique de groupe… Requirements - Capacité à concevoir, piloter et évaluer des projets dans un cadre partenarial. - Capacités d’observation, d’analyse des comportements et des interactions des enfants, de repérage de signaux révélateurs de troubles ou de pathologies. - Capacités de sensibilisation et d’information auprès des familles et des équipes sur les besoins et les compétences du jeune enfant. - Techniques de communication, d’animation de réunions et groupes de réflexion et d’analyse. - Techniques de jeu, d’expression sensorielle, d’approche corporelle. - Connaissance de l’environnement territorial, des acteurs et dispositifs médico-sociaux et éducatifs. - Ingénierie et gestion de projet. - Aisance rédactionnelle et maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
