• Managing partnership marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery. • Building strong relationships with industry-leading brand partners and becoming their trusted day-to-day contact. • Working with salons to maximise campaign participation and engagement. • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and regional teams to deliver successful campaigns. • Supporting the growth of existing partnerships while identifying new commercial opportunities. • Tracking campaign performance and using insights to continually improve results.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in sales, account management, partnerships, business development or another customer-facing commercial role.
  • Experience working towards targets, commercial objectives or KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • An interest in marketing campaigns, partnerships or customer engagement.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
  • Nice to have Experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Exposure to partnership, channel or co-marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness or salon industry.
  • A qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
