Role Description As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key contributor to the WebPT revenue engine by locating and building relationships with clinics who can use WebPT’s portfolio of products. WebPT is looking for an energetic, tech-savvy, and creative individual to join our exceptional sales team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an excellent position for anyone interested in breaking into the sales field. - Identify and convert sales qualified leads (SQLs) into demos. - Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly goals. - Expertly navigate on the phones to make contact with key decision makers. - Respond in real time to sign ups from the WebPT website. - Monitor real time web chat on the WebPT website. - Follow up with leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and WebPT sales people. - Answer questions and overcome objections regarding WebPT with an end goal of scheduling the demo. - Communicate in a manner that establishes WebPT as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand. - Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility. - Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns. - Be reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks. - Be resourceful, tenacious, and personable. - Able to handle rejection. - Competitive in nature. - Team player mentality. Qualifications - At least one year of SDR or equivalent sales experience.
