• Oversee the development, execution, and management of content strategies to attract and increase engagement, build brand loyalty and generate leads for client advisors through content creation, social media, and email marketing. • Curate content for landing pages, blogs, email marketing campaigns and other messaging opportunities, like podcasts or videos. • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand the nuances of various audience sectors and generate content. • Understand and use client data to create effective messaging that demonstrates value. • Unlock opportunities to expand client advisors' strategy. • Lead strategy and content development for various mediums, including website, social media, and email marketing. • Draft, edit and review a range of written communications and content with accuracy, based on direction from clients and supervisors. • Learn client industries, keep a pulse on market trends and competitor landscape, and share insights with teams. • Work effectively with internal teams to develop recommendations, facilitate project requests, strategize and measure program success, and drive integrated campaigns forward. • Generate proactive, new ideas and opportunities to support client objectives and storytelling. • Provide research and client counsel, in alignment with strategic plans and programs. • Track and report on campaign results. • Develop and/or conduct content workshops, webinars or lunch and learns as appropriate. • Support World events/conferences as appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, integrated campaign management, demand generation, content marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Proven ability to plan, build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, web, landing pages, blogs, webinars, videos, podcasts, or other digital channels.
  • Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills, with the ability to translate business objectives, sales needs, and audience insights into clear, compelling content.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams, business development leaders, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and move projects forward.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, coordinate contributors, track approvals, organize assets, and execute multiple initiatives at once.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot + strong design skills with Canva & Stripo or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in using campaign performance data, client insights, market research, and reporting metrics to improve messaging, content strategy, and program results.
  • Proficient in using AI tools like Jasper.ai, M365, Claude, Perplexity.
