Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

• Turn campaign priorities into clear timelines, deliverables, and launch plans, while coordinating stakeholders, approvals, and dependencies to keep projects moving • Partner with the editorial content writer, email specialist, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are built, routed, and launched accurately and on time • Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, nurture programs, web content, and other digital channels • Build and adapt campaign assets in tools such as Canva, Stripo, and HubSpot as part of campaign execution across digital channels • Manage campaign setup, segmentation, QA, and deployment within marketing platforms and workflows • Execute testing across messaging, subject lines, calls to action, layout, audience targeting, and campaign flow, and recommend practical improvements based on performance • Ensure campaign execution aligns with audience needs, business goals, and brand standards • Identify and address process gaps or bottlenecks that could delay launches or reduce campaign effectiveness

• This is a remote position requiring 50-75% travel to clients conducting safety inspections of worksites and facilities in Southern New Hampshire, Central and Eastern Massachusetts, and Northern Rhode Island. • Candidate should be able to identify workplace hazards and submit recommendations for compliance. • Candidate is also expected to write safety programs and assist in implementation. • Hold safety classes with client employees when indicated. • Create safety manuals. Also, site-specific manuals when required. • Discuss safety protocol with GC’s when required. • Interact with governmental agencies when mitigation is required.
• Independently leads client service including ALL primary activities listed below. • Acts autonomously on most decisions without guidance or direction AND delivers renewal messaging for most clients within book of business. • Uses judgment on more manual renewals to execute on service plan. • Has deep understanding of markets to make informed recommendations to clients. • Evaluates exposures and renewal quote. • Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket. • Make coverage recommendations. • Utilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotes. • Transact agency billing (where applicable). • Obtain signed binding and notifies carriers. • Reviews binding documents for accuracy. • Responsible for rounding out accounts and “Selling all of World”. • Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC. • Process renewals, endorsement, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance. • Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC. • Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices. • Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change request, etc. • Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member. • May be responsible for pulling items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc.
• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact during onboarding and implementation • Build strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the onboarding process • Lead client meetings, including delivering onboarding presentations, and guiding clients through implementation steps • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones • Communicate status updates, risks, and next steps clearly and proactively • Ensure consistent, high-quality client experience across all onboarding engagements • Identify and mitigate risks to keep implementations on track • Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and client experience • Learn UKG Ready payroll and tax configuration to support implementation activities • Assist with system setup, data validation, and testing when needed • Support migration of historical payroll data and ensure accuracy • Provide client training support and reinforce best practices • Stay informed on system updates and payroll-related changes
• Will be part of the current WIA Information Technology team and will work closely with other team members with ongoing projects and day-to-day tasks. • Will provide first tier support to the WIA network via email or phone by helping users with issues by researching problems, troubleshooting, and reaching out to tech support entities/vendors when necessary. • Will assist as system administrator and user set-up within the different platforms used at WIA. • Some of those systems include but not limited to: Salesforce, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Conga Fast Forms, NetDocuments, NetSuite. • Will assist with ongoing maintenance of CRM and other systems and will notify users of outages or issues. • Assist with data imports into our Salesforce platform and help with data cleanup. • Be part of general Technology Department administration, meetings, and projects.
