Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, Content
Cambium Learning Group
• Develop and lead content strategies across the content team • Oversee project planning, development, and execution of content programs • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop and refine content strategies based on performance insights • Partner with SEO and paid media stakeholders to evaluate content performance • Monitor and optimize on-site content performance in partnership with web and analytics stakeholders • Translate audience, keyword, and campaign insights into actionable content briefs • Stay on top of education technology trending topics and audience search behavior to support content development • Balance hands-on content creation with strategic oversight, editing, and content direction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of proven experience creating and editing content for publication, or digital marketing roles with demonstrated involvement in content development, optimization, or messaging
- Strong project management skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working within a collaborative and cross-functional team environment
- Experience using digital performance insights (e.g., SEO, paid media, or campaign reporting) to inform content decisions preferred
