Role Description The Project Management team at Cambium Assessment, Inc. works closely with internal teams and the client to ensure all deliverables related to large-scale computer-based assessment programs are performed according to the contract. As part of the Project team, the Senior Project Coordinator will work collaboratively on specific short- and long-term projects. In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the program or product manager and provide general administrative support for internal CAI teams as well as the client. The Senior Project Coordinator is expected to work independently on managing small projects with minimal direction. Job Responsibilities - Provides senior-level support for the program and product team members to ensure deliverables are scheduled, communicated, tracked, and completed on time. - Produces and monitors project plans (e.g., creation of materials, client planning documents, assessment schedules). - Resolves typical issues and answers operational questions with minimal support. - Performs and coordinates software user acceptance testing and software specification verifications; tracks feedback from client and responses/resolution from internal functional teams. - Creates training materials such as Power Point presentations and recorded modules; provides training of online testing system’s functionality and features to internal and external staff as appropriate. - Documents project workflows, operational processes, and program specifications to improve consistency, transparency, and cross-functional coordination. - Reviews and maintains quality control on all major project products (e.g., reports, tests). - Creates and distributes agendas, official meeting minutes, issues logs/tracking documents, and other project management artifacts. - Provides information to clients and responds to client requests within the area of responsibility. - Coordinates logistics for meetings, conferences, cross-program initiatives, and training sessions. - Liaises with Help Desk agents to coordinate responses to sometimes highly complex and client-facing issues. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, program support, or a related field. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using work management or project tracking tools such as Smartsheet. Experience with JIRA is a plus. - Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and detailed tasks simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex, detail-oriented assignments with limited direction. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting client-facing project work. • Maintain, mature, and take ownership of our program that ensures conformance to security standards. This includes but is not limited to conformance with ISO 27001, ISO 27018, ISO 42001, Privacy laws, ISO 9001, GovRAMP, FedRAMP, NIST 800, SOC, and CIS Top Controls. • Facilitate annual independent audits of our organization by third-party security and privacy experts. Create audit plan, co-ordinate with stakeholders, review reports and remediate audit findings. • Responsible for planning and managing multiple security improvement projects from requirements phase through deployment/implementation. • Managing document and record control processes and procedures, including maintaining accurate inventories and records of compliance/conformance artifacts • Responsible for our Security Awareness and related training programs. Maintains and improves processes, platforms and systems that support our training campaigns and content. Creates, monitors and reports on campaigns. • Supports business development by responding to requests for security and privacy information that is included in proposals for new business. • Performs security risk assessments of software acquisitions, technical services, business systems and new technologies. • Owns and administers a GRC tool to track security controls and current conformance status. Ensures that relevant security artifacts are recorded and updated. • Conducts enterprise risk assessment reviews and report out to senior management regarding security issues and metrics – both as an ongoing process and on an as-needed basis. • Assists in continual improvement by examining our current security posture and security practices, identifying risks or gaps, and recommending programs to address them. • Manages privacy risks including exposures created by cookies and APIs. Maintains Privacy policies and ensures compliance.

Role Description As a Senior Security Administrator you will play a critical role in shaping and evolving our Workday security strategy in support of enterprise financial and human capital management. Qualifications - 5+ years of Workday security administration experience. - Mastery of creating, maintaining, and auditing security groups (user-based, role-based, constrained, unconstrained, intersection, segmented, etc.). - Proficient in configuring ISUs/ISSGs and their domain and business process security policies, including knowledge of how to secure Workday web services. - Strong working knowledge of managing authentication policy, authenticated login with SAML SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication, OAuth 2.0, IP restriction, certificates and keys. - Enterprise experience in ensuring consistent, scalable, and least-privileged access aligned with organizational policies and compliance requirements. - Practiced in provisioning Implementer tenant access, Service Center Representative configuration, migration access, and proxy access policy. - Skilled in supporting bi-annual Workday platform releases, including adoption planning, retirement of functionality, and regression testing of existing functionality. - Versed in promoting deployments through formal change management and release management procedures. - Experienced in gathering requirements from users and proposing alternative designs. - Comfortable working with business stakeholders to diagnostically research and solve business process and access issues. - Ability to develop a detailed implementation plan to monitor and track progress, and capable of adapting to change in project scope and schedule. - Attentive to creation of documentation to support knowledge transfer and utilization of implemented solutions. - Adept at supporting internal controls audits through report generation, stakeholder evaluation, and evidence production. - Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience. • Provide life-cycle contracts management for a variety of business agreements including prime contracts, subcontracts, licenses, teaming agreements, master services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. • Build and maintain a detailed tracking log of all in process and completed contract reviews and signings. • Review, draft, research, process, compare, and negotiate contracts, amendments, modifications, renewals, NDAs, licenses, teaming agreements, statements of work, and other legal documents. • Provide standard language and process uniformity that limits exposure to unintended risk. • Provide day to day advice, support, and counseling for CAI leadership on contracting and other legal matters. • Build exceptional relationships across the leadership and program teams and provide valuable contract related services. • Successfully complete RFP submissions, responses, corporate requirements, diligence reviews, and draft exceptions to terms/conditions. • Review RFPs and RFP Q&As and prepare summaries of background information and RFP highlights with respect to contract terms and conditions. • Manage writing, editing, and proofreading proposal text with respect to contract terms and conditions, subcontractor requirements, and required corporate submissions such as registrations, certifications, and insurance. • Provide counsel around bid and proposal requirements, compliance, and response.
