Partnerships Marketing Manager

Role Description As the Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing mid-tier strategic partnerships with external companies. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact for brand teams, while also acting as the internal quarterback who coordinates on-time asset delivery to all internal and external stakeholders to ensure activation elements are delivered on time. This role helps transform brand objectives into integrated partnerships that drive brand relevance, fan engagement, and business impact. - Develop and manage strategic partnerships by identifying high-value partners aligned with company objectives, negotiating agreements, defining key performance indicators, and maximizing partnership value through strategic planning and execution. - Lead end-to-end partnership management by serving as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, overseeing communication from initial brand brief through contracting, asset delivery, activation, and campaign execution. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with brand, creative, sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and deliver partnership assets, including packaging, point of sale materials, in-venue signage, press releases, website content, social media, and training materials. - Ensure operational excellence and compliance by managing contractual asset delivery, providing marketing collateral and specifications, tracking fulfillment, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring adherence to league, team, and partner guidelines. - Drive partnership performance and relationship growth by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing campaign results, identifying optimization opportunities, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related field - 5+ years of experience supporting marketing partnerships - Experience in partnership marketing and sponsorship activation, with a proven track record of managing partner relationships, negotiating agreements, and executing integrated marketing programs across digital, live events, broadcast, hospitality, and experiential platforms. - Strong project and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple partners and complex initiatives simultaneously, and proactively drive successful partnership outcomes in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms. - Ability to travel up to 25% with willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed Benefits - Comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more. - Annual salary range for this role is $95,000 - $135,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
