Digital Marketing Specialist

• Execute and optimize all digital marketing activities including PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Websites, Visualizers, Marketing Automation to drive demand, increase brand visibility and maximize ROI • Implement and manage top-of-funnel digital advertising campaigns to target and attract potential customers • Coordinate pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and SEO efforts with assisting agencies and monitor performance to maximize ROI • Maintain the brand's digital experience and websites to ensure a seamless user experience, including the execution of content and PDP updates via WordPress • Organize and perform quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy and functionality of digital marketing assets • Collaborate with the corporate digital marketing team to continuously improve our websites, including enhancements and troubleshooting of website errors and bugs • Execute lead generation, nurture and communication campaigns in collaboration with brand and channel teams, utilizing email marketing best practices • Oversee the organization of leads within marketing automation platforms • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements • Stay up to date on industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement • Monitor website usage / activity, campaign effectiveness for digital activities and marketing automation that are aligned with BU KPIs • Deliver monthly performance reports • Recommend optimizations and pivots to all digital activities based on reporting

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent highly relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on executing and managing various digital campaigns and strategies
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and programs for advertising, analytics, and content management systems
  • In-depth knowledge of the WordPress CMS, ensuring seamless experiences for customers across different channels
  • Experience utilizing social media platforms and management systems for demand generation programs
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize digital marketing activities
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic
  • Experience in coordinating and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve business goals
