• Finance lead coordinating weekly performance reviews, forecasting and budgeting for closed and open book contracts. • Track and manage contract profitability, providing insight on key drivers and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency. • Serve as a key financial advisor to operational and commercial leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. • Challenge assumptions and provide proactive, value-adding recommendations to improve operational and commercial performance. • Align short, medium and long term financial insights and risk assessments. • Ensure weekly performance is translated into monthly financials. • Part of the team leading on customer MBRs and QBRs.

Job Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within the logistics, distribution, or supply chain sector is essential.
  • Significant experience managing financial performance for commercial contracts.
  • Demonstrable experience working with and influencing non-financial stakeholders at a senior level.

Role Description Tapestry is looking for a diligent and results-driven associate to assist the Impact Investment team with transaction management, client management, and reporting. This role will suit individuals who are organized and are quick learners, as we are a small team that manages multiple streams. We are also looking for a client-focused individual with experience in business communications. This role will work closely with the Impact Operations Lead and Investment Analyst. We are cross-functional and highly collaborative by design, and the role will have many touchpoints with the entire team and our clients.
