Your Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, test, and support Epic Bridges and Data Courier workflows and configurations. - Become an expert in Epic Bridges and Data Courier by completing certification and staying current with upgrades and enhancements. - Analyze clinical and operational needs to create tailored solutions within Epic. - Partner with department leads, end users, and IT teams to optimize system performance and usability. - Lead and participate in project planning, workflow design sessions, testing, and go-live support. - Maintain detailed documentation and follow change control procedures. - Collaborate with training teams to create effective user education materials. - Identify, recommend, and implement best practices and process improvements. - Serve as a liaison between vendors, internal teams, and clinical users. Qualifications - Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT. - Ability to complete Epic training and certification within 45 days of course completion. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field (preferred). - 7+ years of Healthcare IT experience (preferred). - Epic Bridges and Data Courier certification (or strong build experience in another Epic module) (preferred). This role blends technical expertise, workflow understanding, and project leadership to create reliable and efficient Epic solutions for clinical partners. - Analyze business processes and identify system needs. - Design application solutions and lead cross departmental discussions. - Translate requests into functional and technical requirements. - Handle complex initiatives and conduct impact assessments. - Support testing and integration. - Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders. - Mentor Application Coordinators and System Analysts. - Bring creative problem solving to challenging issues. - Help lead the implementation of new functionality. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. - 5+ years of experience in Information Technology. - 3+ years of experience post Epic certification. - Epic module certification for assigned applications (Professional Billing). Requirements - Master’s degree in computer science or related field (great to have). - 10+ years of experience in healthcare, including 7+ years in Information Technology and 5 years post Epic certification (great to have). • Dedicate time and effort to learn products and support processes while handling simpler customer interactions. • Respond to support tickets with assistance, helping users operate company software, supporting customer training and demos, and escalating complex issues appropriately. • Support software testing activities while developing proficiency in testing tools, processes, and product behavior. • Execute assigned tests, assist with software and hardware testing, document test results, and learn to identify and report defects. • Provide support when needed for internal IT and business operations in support of the development, product, marketing, and sales teams. • Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Application Engineer team leads and Product Management.

• Defines the technical foundation for automation and integration opportunities across BW Packaging. • Translates customer requirements into clear, executable system concepts and layouts that enable accurate estimates, confident proposals, and reliable execution. • Partners cross functionally to shape front-end technical definition. • Drives clarity, feasibility, and alignment to define well-scoped, executable automation and integration solutions. • Create and maintain layout drawings reflecting proposed system configurations and facility constraints. • Develop and validate controls-related estimating inputs, including engineering hours, assembly effort, and material requirements. • Partner with Sales and Business Development to shape opportunities and guide customer technical discussions.
