Senior Analyst, Finance and Data Analytics

• Partner with Sales Operations to track and interpret sales pipeline dynamics, identifying risks and opportunities that tie directly to financial goals • Drive the annual budgeting process and create trackable frameworks to measure performance throughout the year • Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and provide clear, actionable commentary for leadership • Maintain and update our operating model, connecting sales pipeline activity and operational metrics to financial outcomes • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders that shape sales strategy, operating decisions, and investment priorities • Provide ad hoc analysis that answers urgent business questions and informs strategic moves • Take on broader responsibilities as our division continues to grow, with increasing ownership and cross-functional visibility
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence/data analytics
- Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, charts, variance analysis) and experience with Power BI
- Excellent communication skills—the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data for senior audiences
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of taking ownership and driving growth
- Bonus points if you have experience with budgeting/forecasting software, sales pipeline forecasting in B2B/SaaS or insurance/benefits, or advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA)
