• Manage end-to-end a portfolio of enterprise and strategic clients, acting as the primary post-sales point of contact. • Develop and execute tailored Success Plans aligned with the client's strategic objectives and business KPIs. • Operate in a consultative manner, gaining a deep understanding of the client's context, challenges, and executive priorities. • Measure, structure, and communicate business value regularly and at an executive level, translating Blip usage into financial impact, operational efficiency, and measurable improvements in the end-customer experience. • Monitor health metrics (quantitative and qualitative), anticipating churn risks and growth opportunities. • Plan and execute QBRs and EBRs, presenting results, value delivered, and next steps. • Identify, structure, and enable expansion opportunities based on customer value and maturity, partnering with Sales while maintaining a consultative role. • Coordinate internal teams (Support, Product, Engineering, Sales), ensuring smooth collaboration and resolution of complex issues. • Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, influencing the roadmap, prioritization, and product/process improvements. • Act as a technical and behavioral reference for other CSMs, contributing to the development of practices, standards, and team maturity.

• Be the link between Information Security (IS) and the business. • Serve as the dedicated and ongoing Information Security point of contact for Product and Engineering squads. • Actively participate in team ceremonies, planning sessions and product reviews — not as an occasional guest, but as a relevant member of the conversation. • Translate security requirements into language and context that make sense for development teams, product managers (PMs) and product leaders. • Identify, assess, and communicate security risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Build and track risk treatment plans with the areas, prioritizing based on real business impact. • Ensure Product and Engineering teams understand the risks they are assuming with each decision — and that those choices are made consciously. • Act as a facilitator between squads and the IAM team for access provisioning and reviews — removing friction while maintaining necessary controls. • Support teams in incorporating security practices throughout the development lifecycle (security by design, threat modeling, architecture reviews). • Act as a guide on compliance and Information Security policies, with a pragmatic view of the real needs of those building the products. • Foster a security culture that is perceived as an enabler, not an obstacle. • Promote continuous, contextualized security awareness for Product and Engineering teams. • Identify recurring risk patterns and propose systemic improvements, not just ad-hoc fixes.

• Design, implement, and optimize distributed data systems using technologies like Kafka, Flink, Spark, and Delta Lake. • Build and maintain low-latency, high-throughput pipelines capable of handling billions of events per day. • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable architectural patterns, integrating best practices across data modeling, orchestration, data governance, and observability. • Write high-quality, maintainable code and establish patterns that raise the engineering bar. • Collaborate in code reviews and mentor other engineers in software craftsmanship. • Help bridge traditional machine learning workloads with modern AI-based decision systems. • Work cross-functionally with Product, AI, and Software Engineering teams to drive platform adoption.
