Role Description The RPA Solution Designer serves as the technical leader and point of contact for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team, responsible for designing and evolving RPA technology. This position is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and resilient RPA solutions that integrate with legacy systems, modern platforms, and cloud environments. Additionally, this position leads the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), process/task mining, intelligent document processing (IDP), and agents to enhance RPA capabilities. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field of study preferred. - Master’s degree highly preferred. - In lieu of degree, an additional 3 years’ relevant experience required. - Minimum of 8 years’ working experience in automation, software engineering, or development. Healthcare/Payer experience preferred. - Minimum of 2+ years of experience with automation solution design, project leadership, and development preferred. - UiPath professional certifications required within six months of hire, with re-certification as needed to maintain active credential status.
